HOW DO I ACCESS MY COURSE OR MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE?

Courses and the annual membership each have their own certificate.

Log in and go to your Products page from the top navigation menu.
After selecting the desired course from you products page, you'll see the course/membership name listed to the top left of the screen with "# / # completed" below the name, and a list of lessons below that.
As you complete each lesson in the course, check off "Complete" at the bottom right of each lesson. As you do so, the top left of your course page will show how many lessons you've completed and a checkmark will appear beside that lesson on the left lesson menu.
Once you've completed all the lessons, the "# / # completed" at the top left under the course name will transform into a link for you to view a PDF of your certificate that can be downloaded to your computer.

HELP, MY COURSE VIDEO SLIDES LOOKS BLURRY!

Not to worry! The quality of the course video slides can easily be increased by following the steps below.

While in the lesson with the video slide open, click the gear icon at the bottom right of the slide.
Select Quality
Then choose 1080p

HOW TO NAVIGATE TO A SPECIFIC SLIDE IN A COURSE.

If you're part of the NFLI Membership Community, updates are posted monthly on the community board.

To navigate to the correct slide:

Go to the proper course from "Products" on the top menu.
Find the correct section.
Then, while hovering over the video slide, drag the point on the timeline to change slides within the video.

Slide numbers are located in the footer of the slide so you may need to stop hovering over the video to check how far through the section you are.
